I’m Amir. I design, build and publish the whole thing myself, on iOS, Android and the web, backend included. You get a fixed price before we start and a working demo every week.
“The agency quoted me €60k and six months.”
On top of that, you would talk to an account manager while juniors you never meet write the code.
“My freelancer vanished halfway through.”
So now you have half an app, nothing written down, and nobody who understands the code.
“We have an app, but every release scares us.”
It crashes, the backlog keeps growing and the team is afraid to touch anything.
“I have the idea and the budget. I just don’t know where to start.”
Meanwhile the weeks go by, and someone else may be building the same thing.
In all four cases nobody really owns the result. That is the part I take on.
I do the design in Figma, the iOS and Android apps in Flutter, the backend on Supabase or Firebase, the store releases and the analytics after launch. You talk to me directly, so nothing gets lost between a designer, a developer and a project manager, and you don’t pay for a team you never see.
Five products I built and shipped myself, each with the number that mattered to the client.

We talk for 30 minutes about your users, your business and your deadline. Within 24 hours I send you a written scope, a timeline and a fixed price. That document is yours to keep, even if we never work together.
Why it matters You know the full cost before you commit to anything.
I draw the flows and the real screens in Figma, and you approve them before I write any code. I also set up a design system so every screen looks like it belongs to the same app.
Why it matters You see the app before it is built, so nobody says “that’s not what I imagined” at the end.
I build the iOS and Android apps in Flutter and the backend on Supabase or Firebase, with a clean architecture and tests. Every Friday you get a build on your phone and a short written report. The code lives in your repository from the first day.
Why it matters You are never paying and waiting in the dark.
I handle the App Store and Google Play submissions, plug in the analytics and plan the first improvements with you. You pay once the milestone is live.
Why it matters You never pay for something you haven’t received.
You have an idea and it needs to exist. I build the login, 5 to 8 screens, the backend and one core feature done properly, then publish it on both stores. You pay milestone by milestone, after each one is delivered.
Your app exists but it hurts. I audit the code, fix what breaks and clean up what slows you down, and I leave the business logic that works alone. You end up with a stable release and code your next developer can actually read.
Your business runs on phone calls and spreadsheets. I build online booking, a client area, an admin panel and automatic emails and SMS, and I set up SEO and your Google Business page. The goal is simple, you get your evenings back.
You already have an app, maybe built with Lovable, Bolt or Cursor, and you are not sure it will hold with real users. In three working days I send you a written report with the risks, a plan to fix them and a fixed quote. The report is yours either way, and the full €900 counts toward the work if you go ahead within 30 days.
One new feature, a bug that keeps coming back, a payment integration or a release to the stores. Describe it in a few lines and I send you a fixed price.
Not sure which one fits? Book the call anyway. You will leave with a clear plan and get a fixed quote within 24 hours, whether we end up working together or not.
If you need a dedicated developer inside your team for a few months, we can talk about that too.
One codebase that feels native on both platforms. I publish it and keep it running.
Login, database, payments, push notifications and server functions. It is the part users never see and always notice when it breaks.
Booking systems, admin panels, client portals and SaaS front ends that load fast and show up on Google.
Flows, screens and a design system, so the app is easy to use and every screen feels consistent.
About half of my work is taking over code written by someone else. I stabilize it, document it and hand it back in good shape.
I help you cut the idea down to a first version worth shipping, then turn it into releases people use. I add AI features when they help the product.
“Amir is, quite simply, our 'said it, did it' person. He's a true professional who single-handedly built, tested, and shipped two complex apps remotely in record time. His ability to manage both projects while bringing creative solutions like beautiful animations was essential, driving a direct spike of +10,000 subscribers in one week. He is the key to our rapid implementation success.”

It depends on what you need, so I won’t guess here. After a 30 minute call you get a fixed, written quote within 24 hours. As a rough guide, MVPs start at €9,000, rescue jobs at €4,000 and business web apps at €4,500. A code audit is €900 and smaller tasks start at €600.
It already does, and that saving is in my price. I use AI every day and I tell you so upfront. It is a big part of why I quote weeks where agencies quote months. AI writes code quickly, but making that code safe for payments, logins and your users’ data still takes experience, and that is the part you pay me for. The price is fixed in writing, so if I finish early you simply get your app sooner.
Here are some recent examples. Nour got a V1 with more than 20 features in 3 weeks. Tay Performance got a full booking and admin system in 5 days. At Keym I rewrote the whole codebase in 2 weeks. Your own timeline is written into the quote.
For the 1 to 2 week packages you pay once the release is live. For an MVP I split the work into milestones and you pay for each one after you have tested it on your own phone. I don’t ask for a deposit.
You do. It sits in your GitHub or GitLab account from the first day, with a README and documentation your next developer can follow.
You see the app every week, so there are no surprises at the end. The design is approved in Figma before I write code. If something is wrong, we fix it inside the milestone, before you pay for it.
Yes, that is about half of my work. Keym, Hatfa and Envola were all written by other teams before I came in. I start with an audit, then I fix and refactor without touching the business logic that already works.
No. You need to know your users and your business. I handle the technical side and explain every choice in plain language.
Flutter, so iOS and Android share one codebase. Supabase or Firebase for the backend, Stripe for payments, and React with TypeScript for the web. They are proven, well documented and easy for any future developer to pick up.
The first 30 days of fixes are included. After that you can choose a maintenance plan, order new features milestone by milestone, or keep me as a dedicated developer.
Yes, and we can sign one before you share any details. I’m based in France (CET) and work remotely with teams across Europe, in English, French and Russian.
Still not sure about something? Ask me on the call.
