The founder had spent two years believing his idea could not be built. It was a photo sharing app whose main feature depended on a custom AI model, and he had no team and no backend.

Build
- The server and the API, from scratch.
- The mobile app in Flutter.
- The core AI model behind the product, which is still running today.

- I worked with the designer, Bekkhan, to turn the concept into something people could actually use.

- Building every layer alone. Infrastructure, API, app and model all had to move forward together.
- An AI feature that stays reliable. There was no data team behind it.
